Questions people ask before they book

How is MCR Rooflines different from other roofers?
Dean Price quotes the job and does the job. You deal with one person throughout, first phone call and final walk round included, you see photos of what we find, and the quote is written down before anything starts.
Do I need a full re-roof or just a repair?
Usually a repair. We only recommend a re-roof when the slates or tiles are failing across the whole roof, the battens have gone, or repairs would cost more than they are worth. We will show you the evidence either way.
Which areas do you cover?
Two patches: Manchester and Tameside around our Denton base, and Cheshire East and the High Peak including Macclesfield, Bollington, Congleton, New Mills, Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith and Buxton. Send a postcode and we will confirm the same day.
How quickly can you come out?
For a leak we normally get out the same day, or first thing the next morning if you call late on. For planned work we agree a start date on the quote and stick to it.
